our Overhead Film Feed Model.
This Model can be purchased with a 12" seal area up to a 36" seal
area.
The machine
actually forms the bag around the product using centerfolded film,
as opposed to inserting the product into a pre-formed bag. This
reduces raw material costs by as much as 60%.
For production
purposes productivity is dramatically increased, because there is
no need for the operator to open the bag or insert the product into
a limited area. The operator merely places the product into the
film. The machine then advances the film into the sealing area.
The bag is sealed and cut and the completed product is ejected.

Pouch Packer:
This model offers an optional Pouch Pack for packaging certain loose
items which may not remain in position in the film as it is advanced
into the seal area. The Pouch Pack mechanism in effect creates a
three sided pouch in the film. The product is loaded prior to making
the seal. This option is required for the bulk packaging of multiple
small items such as hardware.
